Information I collect

I do not collect personal information directly through this website.

If you choose to contact me by telephone or email, I will collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry, in order to respond to you and, where appropriate, provide physiotherapy services.

If you become a patient, I will collect and maintain clinical records necessary to provide safe and effective physiotherapy care. This may include information about your health, medical history, assessment findings, treatment provided and treatment plans.

Health information collected during assessment and treatment is considered special category data under UK data protection law.

Why I use your information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries made by telephone or email;

Clinical records are stored securely using password-protected and encrypted systems. Access to your information is restricted to me as the treating practitioner.
